Towing in Olean, MO

Towing in Olean

We arrange a tow through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Olean. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

Our part and the shop's part

Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price.

Car care, briefly

Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.

Getting a clear quote

Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.
