Towing in Onida, SD

Towing: how we help

For a tow in Onida, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

How we help

We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in.

Small things that help

Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.

Before the shop starts

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
