Towing in Pace, LA

Getting it done

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Pace is about 1,736 km away. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

How we help

Your request reaches a person, not a machine. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop.

Talking to the shop

Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.

Small things that help

If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.

Before you plan around us

There is no CarmaCars location in Pace; everything we do starts in Toronto. At roughly 1,736 km from our location in Toronto in a straight line, Pace is outside our delivery area.
