Towing in Palling, BC

Towing near Palling

For a tow in Palling, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

How the arrangement works

Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare.

Small things that help

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
