Towing in Pendleton, Cincinnati

Towing near Pendleton

If you need a tow in Pendleton: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

How the arrangement works

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop.

Talking to the shop

Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.

Car care, briefly

Look at the tire tread before long trips. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Check that all lights work every few weeks.
