Towing in Peronal, Durango

Arranging the work in Peronal

If you need a tow in Peronal: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

Our part and the shop's part

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile.

A short checklist

Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.

Small things that help

Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.
