Towing in Phillipsville, AL

Towing: how we help

For a tow in Phillipsville, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

What to send us

If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you.

Between shop visits

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.

Before the shop starts

If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.
