Towing in Phillipsville, CA

Getting it done

We arrange a tow through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Phillipsville. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

Our part and the shop's part

We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car.

Car care, briefly

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
