Towing in Pollock, SD

Towing: how we help

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Pollock. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

What to send us

Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.

Before the shop starts

Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.

Car care, briefly

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.

Distance, honestly

There is no CarmaCars office, lot or branch in Pollock. About 1,670 km separate our location in Toronto and Pollock, far past our 250 km delivery area.

If the car can come to the Toronto area, we can arrange a trusted shop there. If we do not know a shop in Pollock, we say so rather than guess. Tell us what you need in Pollock, and a person will say straight away whether it is something we can do. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, with tax added in the offer.
