Towing in Pratts, MS

Towing in Pratts

If you need a tow in Pratts: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

What CarmaCars does here

We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop.

A short checklist

Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.

Between shop visits

Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
