Towing in Punta Estero, Baja California

Towing for Punta Estero

If you need a tow in Punta Estero: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. Plainly: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

What we arrange

We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done.

Small things that help

Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.

What to ask

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.
