Towing in Queruceo, Michoacan

Arranging the work in Queruceo

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Queruceo is about 3,458 km away. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

Who does what

A person replies within one business day. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

A short checklist

Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon.

Car care, briefly

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.
