Towing in Ramoth, VA

Towing: how we help

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Ramoth. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

From request to repair

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop.

Good habits for your car

Look at the tire tread before long trips. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.

What to ask

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
