Towing in Rival, ND

Towing: how we help

If you need a tow in Rival: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

From request to repair

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare.

Good habits for your car

Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.

What to ask

If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.

Honest about distance

CarmaCars is not in Rival. Our one location is in Toronto. Rival lies about 1,873 km from our location in Toronto, well outside our delivery area of about 250 km.

For a breakdown in Rival, a local service will reach you faster than we can. If the car can come to the Toronto area, we can arrange a trusted shop there. If you are unsure whether we can help with Rival, ask; we answer plainly. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and the offer shows the tax.
