Towing in Romulus, OK

Arranging the work in Romulus

For a tow in Romulus, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

What to send us

You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for.

Small things that help

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.

A note on distance

Romulus is not an area we serve directly. CarmaCars is based in Toronto. Romulus lies about 1,789 km from our location in Toronto, well beyond our 250 km delivery area.
