Towing in Rox, NV

Towing: how we help

For a tow in Rox, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

Our part and the shop's part

We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.

Talking to the shop

Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.

Between shop visits

Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.

Where we are
