Towing in Rustic, VA

Getting it done

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Rustic is about 745 km away. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

What we arrange

The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. A person replies within one business day.

What to ask

Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.

Small things that help

Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.
