Towing in Ryan, IL

Towing: how we help

For a tow in Ryan, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

Who does what

If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins.

Small things that help

Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.

Getting a clear quote

If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon.
