Towing in Santa Sofía, Chihuahua

Towing for Santa Sofía

Towing in Santa Sofía: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

What to send us

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Small things that help

Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.
