Towing in Scranton, CA

Towing for Scranton

For a tow in Scranton, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

The steps

A person reads every request and replies with the next step. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Before the shop starts

Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.

Between shop visits

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.
