Towing in Sears Point, CA

Towing: how we help

Searching for towing in Sears Point? CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our shops are in the Toronto area. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

How we help

If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive.

Talking to the shop

Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.

Small things that help

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.
