Towing in Shadow Pine Estates, LA

Getting it done

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Shadow Pine Estates is about 1,786 km away. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

Who does what

Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. A person replies within one business day.

Good habits for your car

Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
