Towing in Simonson, VA

Getting it done

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Simonson. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

How the arrangement works

You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you.

Talking to the shop

Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.

Between shop visits

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Look at the tire tread before long trips.

What CarmaCars covers

Plainly: we do not have a location in Simonson. CarmaCars is a Toronto company. About 698 km separate our location in Toronto and Simonson, far past our 250 km delivery area.

If the car can come to the Toronto area, we can arrange a trusted shop there. Planning to bring the car to Toronto? Tell us when, and we arrange the shop. If you want to check something for Simonson, send a request; a person replies honestly. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and the offer shows the tax.

One more step

A request is free and gets a reply within one business day.
