Towing in Simrall, MS

Towing near Simrall

The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

From request to repair

If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in.

Between shop visits

Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.

A short checklist

Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.
