Towing in Springfield, NB

Arranging the work in Springfield

Towing in Springfield: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

The steps

Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile.

What to ask

Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Small things that help

Look at the tire tread before long trips. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.
