Towing in St. Eustache, MB

Towing: how we help

For a tow in St. Eustache, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

Our part and the shop's part

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare.

Car care, briefly

Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.

Getting a clear quote

Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.

Distance, honestly

CarmaCars has a single location, in Toronto. St. Eustache is outside the area we serve. St. Eustache lies about 1,563 km from our location in Toronto, well outside our delivery area of about 250 km.
