Towing in Steele, AR

Towing near Steele

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 1,528 km from Steele, and does not do this work itself. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

How we help

Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.

Before the shop starts

Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.

Between shop visits

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Check that all lights work every few weeks.
