Towing in Stone, CA

Towing for Stone

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Stone. Plainly: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

How we help

We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.

Small things that help

Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.

Before the shop starts

Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours.

Where CarmaCars works

We do not have a location in Stone; CarmaCars works out of Toronto. Stone lies about 3,670 km from our location in Toronto, well outside our delivery area of about 250 km.
