Towing in Sunset, AZ

Getting it done

If you need a tow in Sunset: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. Plainly: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

How the arrangement works

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done.

Good habits for your car

If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.

Talking to the shop

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
