Towing in Sunside, NY

Towing for Sunside

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Sunside. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

What we arrange

You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven.

Between shop visits

Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.

Before the shop starts

Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
