Towing in Surf, CA

Arranging the work in Surf

We arrange a tow through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Surf. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

What we arrange

We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop.

Between shop visits

Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.

Before the shop starts

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.

Our area

CarmaCars has a single location, in Toronto. Surf is outside the area we serve. The distance is about 3,660 km in a straight line, more than our delivery area of 250 km.

For work in Surf, ask in a request and we tell you honestly whether we know a shop there. We know shops around Toronto best; for Surf, we say plainly what we can do. If you still want to ask about Surf, send a request; we would rather say no than overpromise. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.
