Towing in Switchback, WV

Towing: how we help

We arrange a tow through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Switchback. Plainly: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

Our part and the shop's part

The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop.

Small things that help

If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.

Getting a clear quote

Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.
