Towing in Tlell, BC

Getting it done

Towing in Tlell: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

Who does what

We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Between shop visits

Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.

Getting a clear quote

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

What we cover
