Towing in Touchstone, MS

Towing: how we help

We arrange a tow through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Touchstone. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

What we arrange

The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare.

Small things that help

Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.

Before the shop starts

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.

Honest about distance

CarmaCars works from one location in Toronto and does not operate in Touchstone. We deliver within about 250 km of Toronto. Touchstone, about 1,610 km away, is beyond that.
