Towing in Tranquility Estates, MD

Towing: how we help

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 490 km from Tranquility Estates, and does not do this work itself. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

How we help

The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Your request reaches a person, not a machine.

Talking to the shop

Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.

Car care, briefly

Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.
