Towing in Trinity, WA

Arranging the work in Trinity

For a tow in Trinity, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

From request to repair

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.

Good habits for your car

Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.
