Towing in Tryon, PE

Towing in Tryon

Towing in Tryon: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. Plainly: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

Our part and the shop's part

If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done.

Between shop visits

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Check that all lights work every few weeks.

What to ask

Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.
