Towing in Van Ormer, PA

Towing: how we help

We arrange a tow through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Van Ormer. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

What to send us

Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car.

Talking to the shop

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for.

Small things that help

Look at the tire tread before long trips. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.
