Towing in Vandervoort, AR

Getting it done

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Vandervoort. Plainly: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

What to send us

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location.

Small things that help

Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.

What to ask

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Distance, honestly

CarmaCars is not in Vandervoort. Our one location is in Toronto. About 1,665 km from our location in Toronto, Vandervoort is too far for our delivery area of about 250 km.

If we do not know a shop in Vandervoort, we say so rather than guess. If the car can come to the Toronto area, we can arrange a trusted shop there. Send a request about Vandervoort, and we reply with a clear yes or no. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax.

Next step

One request: the job, the car, and whether you need a rental meanwhile.
