Towing in Vicky Estates, MD

Arranging the work in Vicky Estates

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Vicky Estates is about 521 km away. Plainly: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

Who does what

You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.

A short checklist

Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.

Car care, briefly

Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.
