Towing in Vidal Junction, CA

Towing: how we help

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Vidal Junction is about 3,204 km away. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

What to send us

Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Between shop visits

Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.

Talking to the shop

Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours.
