Towing in Walker, LA

Arranging the work in Walker

For a tow in Walker, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

From request to repair

We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.

Getting a clear quote

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.

Car care, briefly

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
