Towing in Walnut, MS

Towing: how we help

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Walnut. Plainly: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

From request to repair

We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. A person replies within one business day.

Between shop visits

Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.

Talking to the shop

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.
