Towing in Wareham

Towing near Wareham

For a tow, CarmaCars sits in the middle: we arrange the work with a trusted shop and rent you a car while yours is in. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

From request to repair

We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. We can deliver a rental car to you while yours is at the shop. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car.

Your rental while you wait

Rent the size of car you need for the days the repair takes. If the shop finishes early, return the rental early. Collection at our location costs nothing.

Car care, briefly

Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.

Getting a clear quote

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.
