Towing in Weeks, AL

Towing: how we help

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Weeks is about 1,525 km away. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

From request to repair

The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.

What to ask

Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Small things that help

Check that all lights work every few weeks. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.
