Towing in Willows, MA

Towing: how we help

For a tow in Willows, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

How the arrangement works

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price.

Small things that help

Look at the tire tread before long trips. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.

Talking to the shop

If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.
