Towing in Wise, VA

Arranging the work in Wise

If you need a tow in Wise: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

What to send us

The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile.

Small things that help

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.

A short checklist

Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours.
