Towing in Zero, IA

Towing for Zero

Towing in Zero: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

What CarmaCars does here

We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you.

Talking to the shop

If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.

Between shop visits

Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.
