Wheel Alignment in Ames, IA

Wheel Alignment: how we help

We arrange a wheel alignment through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Ames. Plainly: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.

The steps

The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Your request reaches a person, not a machine.

What to ask

Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.

Between shop visits

Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Check that all lights work every few weeks.
