Wheel Alignment in Calexico, CA

Arranging the work in Calexico

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Calexico is about 3,353 km away. What it involves: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.

What CarmaCars does here

We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.

Good habits for your car

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.

Talking to the shop

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.
